Welcome to the forums. I think this should be posted in the Life Drawing section, you might be better off getting help there.
Anyways, here's a few things I spotted, i took the liberty of doing a tracing:
First all the proportions are pretty good, but you have lost a lot of the 3 dimensional form...a lot of her body feels really flat with no depth to it.
1 and 2 point to the joints in her hand. You have flattened it out tremendously, look at your hand...ask your girlfriend to pose her hand again, see there is a gradual plane or ramp from the forearm to the wrist and hand. You have totally flattened it out making it look like the hand and forearm are fused.
3 and 4 try and show more perspective of the form as you have one arm coming towards us and one going away from us. Remember..the arm is a cylinder in space so foreshortening and perspective come into play greatly.
5 just trys to show the how the folds of the buttocks are affected by one leg coming out at the viewer and one staying stationary.
6 just shows the lengthening of the lower calf. This may be different to your girlfriends proportions but when I think of a ballerina...im thinking very long and elegant. This is where you as an artist take a few liberties in what you see and capture the essence of your subject.

Also, when you get a chance try playing around with values so we can see rolling of the form and see a distinct seperation of skin to her wardrobe.
This is a lot, sorry to blab so much but please, keep going with the drawings from life, this is meant to help you along the way. Take care and hope this helps.
