This is pretty good. For being "only a sketch", it sports some pretty good rendering, though the lighting is a tad incoherent.

On the other side, there are some glaring anatomy mistakes, which you can probably cover with the "it's my style" excuse. The head is tiny, tiny, tiny. It's a sniper's nightmare. There's also trouble with the far figure, basically each part seems to be sized independantly from the rest of the body and his pose is very awkward, indicating motion in a couple different directions.

There are some cool bits here, though.
