Sortof an odd question maybe you can help

I currently work with a webiste called Tech-Lounge (http://www.tech-lounge.com). We have a forum setup using VBulletin and a theme that we purchased.

I was hoping that some of you could take a look at it and possibly give some feedback. If you have any ideas for changes could you just throw together a couple of renders of what you are thinking.
