I know the color is a bit off, the ear is to high, and the face is odd.

The gesture is good, the composition is good, the idea is good... but you have much more serious things to be thinking about than color at this time. You have some anatomical issues with the arm (both of them) flip the image horizontally in whatever program you got... I promise you this will help. you'll spot the other problems on your own.

Yeah I noticed that...I am working on it right now. It may be a day or two, I have school and sutch, but I will find time. Thank you for the help and the comments.

Hopefully I will start a sketchbook soon, but I have limited access to a scanner.

It looks like a refrence from Haomaru. You've spotted the issues already so there's no need to say them, well done aside form those things though.

The ear should be further back too, the bottom of the ear should start just where the back of the jaw is, it's the same for all creatures.

I never noticed the ear. I think it is because his face is so dark. I didnt do a very good job of scanning it. Thanks I will fix it.

It also wasnt intended to be made after a Samurai Showdown character, but thats cool that it looks like one!
