FAQ:
1.have you tried clearing your cache?
mozilla = go to tools / click on privacy / click clear on cache
explorer = go to tool / internet options / click generals tab / delete files, select all off line content too.
2.are you running XP's service pack 2?
service pak 2 is really fucked up in my opinion, cause they destroyed some aspects of internet browsing..(pop-ups are disabled in most cases, but if IE stops u from loading a pop-up it usually shows u a little prompt near the browse tools asking if you would want the content to be loaded as a pop-up, so it cant be service pak 2 that hinders you from loading a pop-up
3.are you using firefox?
turn on your pop-up, but using firefox and having the pop-up blocker on shouldnt stop u from loading the site, cause the flash site only loads when u click the link...
4.do you have an ad blocker?
ad blockers doesnt stop u from loading pop-ups when it comes to your own discretion
5.do you have a flashplayer plug-in?
well if you dont it will ask you to download it...

(note: your browser or your system shouldnt stop the pop-up because it doesnt contain active x or have any malicious content..)

if you still cant load the pop-up try the link below the banner, because it sure aint the flash site that has a problem...Jimmy hand me my BANJOOOOOOO!!! Yall come bak now ya heeeeeeeeerrrrrrrr!!!
