Sweet, A graf thread. Where did you guys start spraying? Did you just go out and find a wall, or did you work on something else first? Their is a skatepark opening near me so it is just asking for a bit of paint.
BTW, there was about a month ago, a grafitti festival thing in Toronto. You could pretty much show up and grab a wall. It was pretty sweet cause their were so many people spraying. Did anyone go to this?

I started painting on walls about 5 years ago. At first I did sketches on paper for about 2 years before I thought my shit was ready for the walls. We got one wall to paint in my home town and there are 2 halls of fame nearby.
@scottieb: Very cool 3Ds; my favorite one is the first. It got very much style!

how much of a noob can i get? last week i drew this, scanned it, and started woking on it in photoshop. so i drew the outline with a paintbrush and, instead of using a paintbucket to fill the letters, i went on with the paintbrush, size 5. today, one of my friends asked me why i don't use the paintbucket and i finished it today...i lost a whole week... :x

Got a question. A skatepark just opened up near me. I heard that they coated it with something to prevent people from doing graffiti on it. Any idea how this works, and if their is a way around this?

There are many ways to protect walls or trains from getting painted. In germany a lot of the walls at the highways or elsewhere are protected by plants. The cities plant things like evy or something in front of the walls. Anti-graffiti cleaning companies use special paint on walls so the spraypaint won't stick on the wall. It just blurs. The "DB" (german railway) uses a spraying for their trains which makes it possible to clean the trains with normal water, so they must not use chemicals. >:|
Hope this can help you out.

Interesting. Are their ways of getting around the stuff?

Hm... For the plant- No exept from cutting them off.
For the paint and spraying- Belton Cans got the BurnerChrom and the CoversAll-Black that really covers all!!! But I don't know if you can get those overseas. Check out their website for that! http://www.molotow.de/shop/index.html?id=303
But the best way will be to talk to the owners of that park and ask them why they won't let you paint some walls.
