Hi all, :)

Been a while for me, here. I'm rusty on my painting. But I've had a great deal of fun "Attempting" to get these sketches colored.

Any c+c will be appreciated.
I will post some of the sketches too, non colored. Just so you know how my coloring adds or takes away (sucks) from an image.

That non colored guy down there, he's a ballpoint sketch. He was to be developed into a finished piece and then colored. But I stopped at this.

The old witch, I stopped coloring halfway. Couldnt decide whether to go further or not. Now looking at it, I'm sure it wouldve helped to have spent more time on it.

I do not spend more than a day to sketch and color my work. I might spend a day doing as many sketches and the next I will try coloring as many. I usually dont get done coloring many. And It probably isnt the best way to go about doing it. But I try to keep in mind that in production, not many places have all the time on hand.

Whoa !! I better stop blabbering at this point.:D

Great stuff you got there! I like the first one there the most. I'm a paintings noob myself, so I'm not one to give crits on your paintings, as they look pretty good to me. Ask prometheus, he is a photoshop master. As for your sketches, they look good!

Keep on posting!

wow i really like the way you draw. I love the quitar players face!(very cool) i really like the last character too--good design. Now lets see some of these bad boys painted( not just colored on a multiply layer). Keep it up!!--ty

ps--as far as painting goes--i fingd it helpful to do a very simple Multiply layer painting first((your underpainting)) then go on top with a regular layer painting.

pss--good quote about discipline--couldnt agree more

Thank YOu guys, :)

Scotty, I'm glad you found the characters appealing. That matters the most to me.

tyboogie - Thanks for the pep. Really makes me want to do more. As far as paiting goes, I fully agree with you. I do have to get myself to paint the whole thing and not just "fill in the blanks". It takes a lot of time for me, which I'm tryiing to get better at.

robcamp - Thanks Robocamp. Now ALL i've got to do is getting Everything Else to look professional too.
