Hello all. I'm not painted myself but love a lot of the great artwork I see in tattoos. Thought it would be cool to see what others have or have come up with in the way of designs. Here's some of my own...

This one was more of a touch up than my design. A friend gave me the picture on the left and asked me to "make it look cooler"...lol. I did my best.

I swore I would never get tatt unless It would be something that meant something special to me, something that I could wear with honor my whole life (It must be the Scorpio in me).

So this is a tatt I designed for myself that is filled with symbolism and meaning to me.

It has a Celtic/Tribal feel to it based on my Gaul/Belgae/Tunica-Choctaw ancestors

The symbol in the middle ( the guy with the antlers) is my logo that is based on the God Cernunnos or the Father, in this case this is me. ( relax, it will all come together nicely I promise).

Behind that symbol is the triple moon, symbol of the goddess, the Mother, which in this case is, my wife. Why is she behind me? Because she always stands behind me, she's my completor.

below these two symbols are the roots of my family, my ancestors (Cotie/Ducombs) and the further roots (Saucier, Vanvechoven, DeLatin, Cartier, etc.)

Above the mother and father are the branches of the tree of life, my two kids. These can be added upon when they build their families.

So If I live to be 150 yrs old I'll be covered in this big ass tribal tree.

That is a tight logo you got there...
You might want to put a little better fade on the top
other than that very nice design work..

The only I draw tatoos are when I have a moment of clarity..
tha one on my right forarm was from my first rotation at NTC,
I realized that we all die and are reborn from our ashes and
what not. it is a never ending cycle. The girl is sad because
life sucks , You just have to make the best of it with what
you got ...........
