been awhile since I've posted any pics - here's a work in progress messing with the concept of good and evil, just some poor goat trying to explain himself to the powers that be . . .

first the sketch:

her feet arent planeted in perspective which throws off the drawing as if shes about to fall backwards, otherwise nice work

That goat is showing a lot of teeth (in a good way). I like the slightly dented Halo.

saga and egets, thanks

OD - good eye, when I was working on it I couldn't decide to have her floating or not; I guess she ended being up neither

hey i saw this at eatpoo.com. its real good, but i like the one with color better. i would say, plant the feet a little bit more surely, because theyre not that firm stuck down now.

Great sketch. Only question: is the skin too smooth for a skinny goat?

dada - cool, thank you

schaden - yeah every crit helps you never know when someone's going to say something that completely changes what you thought about the piece; are you talking about the nurse & needle pic? glad you like it

nafa - thanks; you might have a point, if I paint this I'll have to rough it up a bit

I'm not sure what it is but the feet bother me. It could be that they're both faceing the same direction or maybe a different perspective angle then the goat. The way that she's angled also gives me the impression that she's going to fall forward. Maybe if she was on her tippy toes. Just not sure, but there's something.

Her upper half and the goat looks great. Nice picture overall. Hope I wasn't too critical.
