Help! Portrait Pictures

I'm a newbie that got back into drawing again after 2 years...back then I used to do somewhat mediocre pencil sketches of people but I want to learn properly and pursue art again!

Can anyone give me some links or tutorials on how to draw pencil portrait sketches?

There's good information right in this forum and subforum; actually this site in general. I personally like the tutorials by Fred Fleckstone. If you have a hard time finding things, just use the search function at the top of the forum.
