The border/list where the wall meets the floor is missing. Is this the case with all the houses?

That's because davi has boring wallpapers (is there even wallpaper in that house?!) and clothes...plus he chose the wrong angles ;)
The game looked ok to me when I tried it. You (or at least I) usually don't zoom in that much anyway.

well the problem i have with wallpaper
is that my dvd drive doesn't recongonize the dvd-rom i have
so i had to get the no-cd patch to play it even though i legally bought the game, the no-cd patch doesn't allow build mode though...

Oh, that sucks. Were you able to install the game from the dvd, or did you have to download it to get it to work? If you could install from the dvd, you can try creating an image of the disc and then mount it (meaning you play from a virtual dvd drive). I believe Alcohol 120% should do the job for ya.
If you downloaded it I believe the same thing applies - I doubt you will need a no-cd crack if you have download an image and mount it with Alcohol 120%.
It's at least worth a try... :)

hmm i'll try it, when i creating an image of the disc will that copy every file on the cd into an image file? like cdi? or is there a way to make a smaller file?

Yeah, it will try to create an exact copy of the cd/dvd. It stores the data in some kind of image file (there are different versions so it depends on the software you use and, of course, what format you choose). So, one file at about the same size of the cd/dvd.

Daemon Tools is a free alternative that will let you mount disk images from your HD. Youll still have to get the image off the disk, but any old DVD-Ripping software should do that.

Yeah, daemon tools is pretty cool. But does it trick game copy protections (meaning you can actually play some copy protected games right off the mounted image file) ? I believe Alcohol does, but I may be wrong.

it was suppose to be humourous, but you obviously missed that. And just because i have panties with andrew's face on them, doesn't mean i'm part of any cult.
