well, her eyes are really small, and really far apart. Try painting her entire face and then cropping in on only one half... otherwise your anatomy is going to be all screwed up.

Sketch it all out first, then move on to coloring.

the detailing you are putting into your work is really nice. But I agree that you should work on the anatomy to the face. The placment of the eyes and the structure of the nose/nostrils. get a reference photo to work from it will help you out a lot more

For reference, there should be one eye width between the eyes (I beleive a human head is 5 "eyes" wide... Its been a while since ive looked at the diagrams, but I think that is right..

Other than that she looks kind of stoned! mayeb you should define theeys a bit more so they dont look so glassy..

meh. do all of the above. the light is in the right places. i noticed that the iris and pupil arnt very centred. is the elf looking up or something?
