Please let me know if you can see these. I can see them, but I'm not sure if everyone else can.

I like the second one. Interesting design, but his left arm should probably be bigger, it looks weird with the other arm being so much bigger.
You should clean out your paper before you scan it or do it digitally later. Or just draw the whole thing very lightly before you add on the final lines, so the lines u erase dont make it like that.

nice concepts you got here. i'd suggest that you should pay more attention to line weights in your drawings.
i agree with vangou. they look a bit dirty. if you just can't keep the paper clean (that's always a problem when drawing with graphite;)) you can adjust the brightness/contrast of the image in photoshop or something. it helps alot. and while you're drawing, put a clean paper under your hand to prevent smugding unintentionally.
keep on drawing and have fun :)

You've got some great poses happening here. The second one (dingbat) would be my pic. Looks like you do a heck load of rubbing and smudging though. Try getting your shading by using only your pencils...no rubbers or fingers. Have you thought about using harder pencils to get the sketch started then use your softer ones for nice lines and shading once your happy? Just a thought.
