I have the feng perspective DVD.. it's pretty good but I dont really dig fengs style.. the artwork he makes isn't that progressive and only uses one point perspective... I'd recommend getting some books for 1 2 3 point perspective instead. It can teach you some stuff but I don't know if its worth the 60$

yeah.. check out thier site.. you can buy the entire set of 2D dvds or 3D dvds.. you end up saving alot but it's also about 2,000$ for each bundle. . If your a student then they offer a 30% academic discount.. that make it about 1400$ i think.. well worth it.. I am looking for a friend to split the cost.. . .

Just want to say that analog dvds are worth every penny. If you are looking to go in debt for a grand or two this is a great way to start, plus you can't feel bad about it since its for your eduMAcation.

the 30% discount is for everything but you have to supply proof of enrollment.. like a current Id or transcript.. you can just email it to them with your order but I'm not sure about the entire process, just search aroung thier site.. all the info is there :)

Hi everyone,
I want to ask you -those ones who have the Scott's DVD- if you can go to the details of the content of the DVDs. I ask you so, because in the gnomon web site they put only the titles, but they say nothing about the lengh of the videos, the kind of exercises and things like that. I mean, Do you have to do excercises? What king of materials do you need to do them? etc.
Thanks in advance

I haven't watched all of them obviously, I'm letting each one sink so I can't comment on all of them. Length is 2 hours each. If you go to the website and to each dvd title you can read the topics covered and that is pretty much what is on the dvd. Content of the dvds is excellent, high quality. I personally highly recommend it. Its worth it. But foundations are really necessary. If you don't have basic drawing skills, color theory or anatomy, you'll struggle, my opinion. Anyway they are highly educational and is the best substitute if you can't attend their actual classes.
