Hi,

Here's a sketch I did today for nothing but myself.
I'm trying different perspectives and compositions.
This was a study of 1 point perspective together with atmopheric perspective and overlapping. I'm also trying to keep a tighter saturation perspective.

Enjoy,

I like this
Allready it has such....what`s the word......Atmospere ?

I think you should make this into a finished piece......I`m sure it will rock just as the rest of your work ! :bashful:

Hi,

Here's my next study of 1 point perspective, this one using convergance, overlapping and diminution to visualize perspective.

:O

Very nice studies. I have only been on this site a few months but, I have seen you improve dramatically. Try adding a bit more detail to the rock an figures in the foreground I believe that will give it a lil more depth. I am truly inspired.

I agree with Noga, the upper peice is really good, although more foreground detail would keep it interesting. I like your one point perspective because it makes me think of falling...this is the first time Ive seen your work and I have to say I am motivated by these peices to improve my own perspective. Very nice.

Hey Leo....I love the paintings you do.........your personal website home image is great....and the two "silver starfish" paintings are absolutely superb .

What I might suggest though ( If I dare )...would be to thin out some of the stuff from the site that's not as great . For instance you have a lot of board samples....and there is a model sheet for a character that is exactly Bartok the albino bat from Anastasia ( with hair added ). Some of these examples pale drastically in comparison to what you're doing now !
