hi
im starting to use painter, and i find it very frustrating that i cant see the shape and size of my brush when i paint, all i see is the black triangle.
is there a way to change that ?

Hi,
The complete answer varies with each Painter version, but basically,even if you have Enable Brush Ghosting checked (Painter 8 ) or Brush Ghost when Possible checked (Painter 7) it will only be visible until you begin painting.
For some brush variants no brush ghost can be displayed at all.
The rest of the answer relates to which cursor style you choose in Edit > Preferences > General and those options vary with the Painter versions. For instance, you're using the black triangle option which leads me to think you may be using Painter 7.

too bad theres nothing to do about the cursor.

the whole point nearly gave me a small breakdown :dur: i only have painter 7 with a few weeks and have only just started using it but its damn user unfriendly.( i got it second hand )
