I really like the multimedia feeling to all of your recent work - it completey rules. It makes it very layered and interesting. Cool transition between the girl and the "tress" too. How long did you spend on this?

a very haunting sad, but beautiful piece . the face carries the piece , it reminds me of the legends of the torn bush and how the soul of un unbaptized pure of heart were forced to spend there after life bound to the tree and the kinfolk who lived there drained them away until they were just shells of despair.

I agree, the face carries the mood. The hands don't seem as high of a quality of the face. The rest of the pic is pretty sweet though! Thanks!

Some of the splatters feel too artificial, but otherwise quite lovely. I like the painterly branching effect in the lower left.
