IS anyone else geeking out over this game besides me...
PLaying Hyper Street Fight 2 took me back 15 years ago, when i used to get frustrated trying to beat M.Bison on the hardest levels..it's just as hard as i remember(without being cheesy)
But the main reason i'm playing this game is Street Fighter 3: Third Strike fuckin awesome...the animations are fantastic...
plus it comes with the Street Fighter anime, in the game......

I played 3rd Strike at a friends for hours yesterday. He went out and bought a PS2 for SF Anniversary, and I would do the same if I had a job. I could tell some differences between 3rd Strike on the PS2, and the Dreamcast. i.e. The Dreamcast version actually has a little bit of input lag.

I just bought this game, used for $20, and I instantly became addicted to Street Fighter again. The worse part was, I bought it, went home, played for about 30 minutes and then had to go to work...Holy crap I almost went insane.
Like said before the animations in Street Fighter 3 are insane. The most noticable details are in Chun-Li's and almost all the back grounds. Chun-Li's jumps, punches, and kicks are so fluid it's almost better then most 3D fighting games.
I've only had Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 for awhile now, and whoever's a street fighter fan knows that MvC2 really isn't a pure street fighter game. It's like Street Fighter on speed. I'm overly happy to have this game!

I'm not sure if the Collection is hitting the X-Box but I know that Capcom Fighting Evolution is. And from what I know it's going to support X-Box live.
Personally I think the button configuration doesn't fit the X-box at all, but it'll defnitly be able to have better graphics, load times, and be a lot smoother. I guess it's a decent trade off.
From what I've heard they're going to make a Street Fighter Alpha collection eventually. Heh, maybe their 20th anniversery?
