I decided to go for more human looking features, but not human. More pics at my site if you care.;)

I may not be "quite" done with it (not sure).....but for now I am.

very cool, i think you need to start trying to add veins and wrinkles. Have you seen the lotr:fotr art book? It has a bunch of nice busts with exterme detail. Neat design though.

hey scotty,

i have be diggin your sculpts!

i would love to see these shot without a flash. turn off your flash, light from one side or the other and a little in front. in doing this you will also get a little reflected light to show more of the dimensions you worked so hard on.

i have included a diagram of how to make an innocuous background to shoot against.

:) Thanks man. I'm glad you like my creations. Thank you for the lighting idea. I have been plagued by the flash. :( My stuff always looks better in real-life, and I've been struggling with trying to get decent pics taken of my work, and have only come up with what you see. Thank you for taking the time to make a diagram for me, and I will definately try that method.

Btw, I checked out your site.....that's really inspiring work you have there. (I'm sure you hear that a lot) NICE!!
I hope to improve more and more as I go with mine. It's tough learning on my own, but I'm focused.;)

Ok, here's some updated pics of the Metal Worker. The photos are still unfavorable, and I need to figure out my angles better, and the lighting too. At least they show the detail a bit better.

Dodowa- Thanks!!:) Yes, it would be very cool to animate them, but armatures are pricey. Glad you think they are good enough for that though. ;)

WhiteBlaizer- hehe...what's a "moco"? (Forgive me, I don't really know, and am hoping you will enlighten me.):)
Thanks regardless.......:chug:
