I want to go there. What tips can u offer me. What did u have in your portfolio when u entered?
Nice piece. although I'm confused on what the orange thing in the middle is. A little ruined city? Good concept though.

iwasink,
Go to Pasadena City College and take all of Stan Kong and Albert Yu's classes. They are both Art Center grads. Stan teaches the same classes that he teaches at Art Center for $800 at Pasadena City for $35 (if you are a CA resident) and Albert is just an amazing artist. They wil both really help you to build a portfolio and help you to become clear on what major you are going to choose. I tend to think that Product Design and Transportation Design are the strongest programs as long as you fill in the "illustration blanks" so-to-speak with painting and figurative classes.
By the way the orange thing is Angel's Flight, it's a historical Los Angeles landmark.

usagi yojimbo,
Thanks for your feedback. I agree; I think there are tangency and contrast issues in that area that are confusing too.
