Hi
This is a book cover for a David Baldacci book.
My client already approved the illustration and it should all have been sent to the printers last Thursday.
But, my client got ill, so the file won’t have to be in her mail box until monday.

I don’t have that much time to sit with it but any C&C would be big help.

(I posted an earlier version in the ”Finished section” a few days ago when my client approved it and I...paniced :-) )

Thanks for any help
Patrik

I agree with liam.c it looks much better smaller. Makes it more crisp. only thing that bothers me is his left hand. Looks like its just blurring away. I dont know if this is what you wanted but ....

Thanks guys!
I know it’s rough, that’s the style me and the client agreed on.
(and probably the only way for me to solve it at this point)

Since it will be printed at a smaller size I know it will look a bit crispier but still have a rough touch. I like that.

Don’t know if I’m brave or stupid posting an image of this quality at this size on CA, but your feedback is very helpful.

s.s.nails, if the left hand is the only thing that bothers you I couldn’t be happier :-)

Thanks again guys

Patrik

i agree to it looks better smaller, i think its because when large you can see that the contour is not clean. actually i think if the contour was all like the outside part of his right leg it would be better. i would also like to see what it would look like if you moved him over so that his toes point directly at the "I", for some reason he feels to far over to the right.
