Kay guys, help me out here. I need some serious suggestions on this! Color? Get rid of the dragon in doorway?

I like it. Sure you have seen some Picasso´s Paintings, try to see what colors he usually use. Sincerely i don´t know how colors you might use in this piece.. In addition try to see what it´s the center of view and starting with this colored the rest of the piece. I think that the others characters that appears in it should be colored with the same constrast that the center of view because these are important too. It´s to say live colors to the characteres and less live colors to the floor walls ets..
