I'm surprised they didin't have more security, especially since it had already been stolen once before.

:blah: no way ! This kind of stuff always reminds me of the Thomas Crown Affair. Yeah yeah sappy.
I've seen a couple of websites dedicated to "missing art". Basically all kind of art pieces having disapeared or been stolen. Some found, and their stories. Really interesting for the curious that like to dig around.

Actually Munch painted several (four?) versions of the Scream. The one that was stolen ten years ago was the most famous and commonly reproduced one, fom the National Gallery in Oslo. This is a different painting, different musem. Not that it excuses the crappy security >:{.

... and let me tell you, you all can't imagine how SWELL does that picture look hanged in my sitting room. It was a sweet idea stealing it.

... really ties the room together. :tihi:

Did I nention I'm in the carpet business? I can swing by your house and take some measurements. Just tell me your address, when your going to be out, and any security codes related to any home security devices you might have.

"ohhh the cleverness of you!"... nice try but you are too late... :teeth:

I resolved the problem, throw away that horrid reddish painting :blah: and put another one. There's a lady smiling in the oddest way... not that I like it, but it does match a lot better with the carpet. >:D
