Hi mate :) The face is OK. But the right eye is too flat. it should looks forward. :^^:

Very nice concept and pencil work (I like the nose and mouth)...the only thing that bugs me is that her eyes are too big. They should be about as wide as the nose...just compare it in youre pic and you'll see it =)

This is very nice, but there are a couple things besides cat and nacho's good points that seem to be hurting it as well. The ear is too high and the far eye is too far and shouldn't be wrapping around the head yet. There's still enough frontal view to keep it in the forward plain. Of course, elves might have different anatomy...
Nice, though.
