Hey, very nice mattes. Are these photos digitally composited together?
And do you reside in Adelaide? Because i have heard of Rising Studios and they have done stuff for the movie 'Queen of the Damned', am I right? I was also wondering are you hiring atm, because I live in Adelaide and am an aspiring 2d/3d artist.
Thanks...

these are cool, i think you need to watch out when painting things like these, because your ship looks insanely bright for the lighting that is being given to the whole piece. I think in theory the white on the ship should be no brighter in value than the water. Since water is clear and it's reflecting the sky, the white would be doing close to the same thing. I might be wrong though. cool paintings though.

these are very nice indeed. there's something bothering me on the top pic though. it seems as though the shadow casted by the ship is too....something:p . it's too dark or there should be some subtle shapes drawn into the dark side of the ship. right now it looks a bit as though someone just took a black softbrush in PS and painted in a "black" shadow.
but hey, everyone's a critic right?
anyways they are super nice!!!! that's the only thing that caught my eyeballs!
