Does anyone remember this cartoon?

Lemme ask you this, I remember a cartoon movie from my childhood, with people that had elongated faces, like dog muzzles. They were otherwise human in appearance, and they were in a band that played Led Zepplin music, I believe. I remember it was set in a post apoycoliptic (no spell check) world. Thats about all I can remember about it, was this an actual cartoon, does anyone know what it is? OR was this some residue from my parents LSD use. If I recall it had some pretty good animation.

awesome movie, supposed to be coming out on DVD in the near future. do a google search and see if that's what you're talking about
