I'm no pro but I certainly like the colors... really cool.

If I can make a remark, for me the pure white in his mouth doesn't work that well. And perhaps the eyes could do with a tad more depth/detail - not too much, to keep it in the same style as the body.
Maybe get rid of the clear brush strokes (they look very digital) in the background?

As I said, I really like the color work ;)

ok...here's a banana! And take this footprint, too...

Now to something helpful :D: As davidheijl said, the mouth and eye need some more detail...also a dark color for shadows on the whole piece would help to get more depth...i would suggest to use a smaller brush to work out the structure and other details...
