Amazingly clear detail and a great concept...
Would love to hear the story, though ;)

Thank you, now that I've had some sleep, I can think again. It actually looks better in "real life". Ya, I am creating many different alien races to use in one BIG story I want to write soon. I am kinda doin it the backwards way, but whatever works right? ;) Thanks again.:chug:

hey Scotty, thats looking pretty good, finished it all in one day??? geez, impressive, my comment, or crit, would be your 'edges' on his straps, belts, and the mechanical parts, they all seem to have a rounded edge to them, it'll look more finished if you sharpened the edges. how about adding some texture? everything looks like its made out of the same material, cant tell where the flesh ends and the mech pieces start. one last thing, whats the rush? tkae your time, take even a couple of days if you need to, the overall result will turn out much better, it helps to look at it with fresh eyes, or even ask some friends before cooking it in the oven~ :D sorry for my long comments, but thats my 2 cents!!! great work keep it up, keep on postin~ would love to see more!

Thanks Battlemonkey. Perhaps saying I "finished it" was inaccurate. I mean I got the entire look established. It doesn't show detail very well online anyways. (it was late when I posted it last night...zzzzzzz...I had to stop doin details, or I was gonna fall asleep in it hahaha) I still have details to add, and such. I always look at it fresh the next day, and in adjust things then (more "tweaking" than anything). I guess you and I have a similiar process for creating huh? (hahaha) I see your point of view though, and I will be fine tuning it today. Tomorrow I may see something else to tweak...it's ongoing.

**I have never baked any of my stuff, and would like to know what "your" process is for doing that. (dont wanna screw it up) I need to bake them if I ever wanna paint them. (If I paint them.):) **

IT'S A LEARNING PROCESS....SO LET'S NEVER STOP LEARNING. I'll help you and you'll help me.:chug:

ha ha, never baked? well, baking it will help keep them from getting destroyed... just pop it in the oven, set it at 275 for your size... about 18 minutes or so? more or less, try not to burn it, when its burned it becomes brittle, keep an eye on it, and when you pull it out of the oven just let it sit, and dont touch it will still seem semi soft... dont touch it, let it cool for about half an hour, then it'll be nice and hard... a cool thing! once its baked, you can always add more too it!
good luck!!!:chug:

EXCELLENT!! Thanks man.... There's actually more to go with this sculp....I'm workin on the rest now. It'll be a full diorama when completed.

I can't wait to see what you come up with next. You said that you like action figures and such.(me too) You are definately doing yours at the right scale for that.;) Good luck with it.
