people at your work must think youre fucked ;)ha ha, it is a bit on the violent side. I imagine that the head on the pole is a co-worker and you drew it while they could plainly see. As a "crit" i would say that you should loosen up your strokes. make long definite lines and draw with them. also, try some life studies on other workers, and if they come over, hide your paper, if they ask what you are doing say, "nothing, just making a list" and then glare at them until they leave. also, mumble things and pepper your mumblings with words like "fire" and "poison" and "Alabama". develop a nervous tick that only occurs around a certain co-worker and talk behind his back about how he is trying to steal your identity, constantly clarify that you are you and that the other guy is the other guy. Laugh maniacally when anyone gets a glass of water from the water cooler. One day, come early to work and before anyone else gets there, empty out and clear off your desk, when you show up accuse everybody and rant about conspiracies and then sit down and get to work, the next day do the same thing except show up early and put everything back, claim to have no memory of what happened on the previous day.

well that is a bloody hilarious list of suggestions! One of them is very good though, loosen strokes.

The face anatomy might need some practice, I'm picking up some things which seem a little off, mainly eye position. Single most common head problem I think, the eyes are in the middle of your head beleive it or not, all of us tend to make them a little higher than that, you did that in a couple places. Not sure if you meant to. I agree, do some studies on coworkers. A lot of people do studies of folks who have no idea they're being drawn lol. Some of the value transitions feel a little on the harsh side, although with a pen that's easy to do. Then again, I could never do anything like this with a pen, I save those for going over lines and writing letters, not sketches... I always sketch in pencil.

I like the control over values and how the forms are defined.
But yeah the lines are a bit too wild.

I think if the proportions were better and the expressions more natural they would be totally kick-ass even with the wild lines.
There are many side and front views. And the 3/4 views are weaker IMO.
I guess they all were done without reference?

Maybe you should draw some at more interesting angles?

The thing is that I dont have a lot of time to draw at home :[ , so I use every free (or not so free) minute at work to draw at least something while the boss or one of the colleges is not watching. :)
