Nice, I like the textures in the background. Don't know about the light vertical strokes passing through the figure. Kinda distracting. I also think the foreshortening on his right leg is off. Should come further towards the viewer. I like the hand printing.

Before anything, I suggest that you loose the redundent text. Also, just say no to random capitalization and spelling design d-sign. There are things that are clever and there are things that make you cringe when you read them. I'm sorry to tell you that "D-SiGN" falls into the latter catagory.
Pertaining to the image itself, it's difficult to make out the figure. The overlayed texture is cool enough. The overlayed figure shading stretched vertically is not. If you don't think there is enough going on in an image, draw more stuff instead of duplicating what you've already drawn.
