No offense, but Western New York is a really spread out space to rally folks together. How about a specific city, or region in the western NY area? There might be folksi n your neck of the woods on ECAU's forum (http://studio.ecau.net/phpBB2/index.php).

I know, the thread title is a little general, but I did list my location, and I hoped that this thread would serve as a means for those in the greater Western NYS area to be notified of significant events that might be worth making a trip for (gallery shows, conventions, etc).

I didn't assume that forum members from as far away as syracuse and/or buffalo would come to rochester for whatever reason, I was just hoping to use this thread as a means of finding out who else from around here had some of the same interests/goals.

And yeah, I'll change the thread name.
