Hi Dinfet,
His left upper arm feels a little short. At a relaxed natural position his elbow should rest just above the hip. Check the length of your arms by swinging out the elbow in an arc from the waist.
If you keep his elbow where it is the shoulder would move up.
The neck I would draw wider, to reflect his body build and his square jaw. Also the throat would be more defined when the neck is streched like that. You have chosen a difficult angle, showing the underside of his chin like that. I tried it and couldn't pull it off.
Colorwise I would work in a much wider value range and more tempature shifts in the hues. But then again perhaps you are going for a comic book style coloring scheme. But definately more values.
