Hey, I did this a while back, so the colouring might be a bit outdated, but I'm still curious as to what you people think of it ( character design, and or colour/composition ... the usual). Have at it. Oh, and I just finished revamping my site, if like what you see * shame-less plug, I know. :confident *

the pic is nice, but i just think you should work a bit more the head, maybe add some tatoo, don't know...
and the background doesn't fit to the way you worked the character and shadows...

Heh, yah, the background was rushed and I see what you mean by the tat's on the head - thanks for the feed back.

Hey, I like the colors on this guy, especially on the globe-thing on the back of his head. I agree that the background doesn't really match the drawing. The colors seem more dull, and the sky seems monochromatic.
I wish you had included the feet--it seems kind of wierd that they are cut off like that.

yah - sorry about the feet. If you saw the black and white version of this yet, you'd know that it started as a doodle to break in my new sketchpad and pens. Though it became more than just a doodle after a while. Maybe I should re-draw this guy with feet. I'm a little curious to know what they'd look like ;) If I do redraw, and colour, I'd probably stick him in more of a swamp -like terrain. Think that would fit better.
