Thanks to prometheus' artwork it makes it easier for me to paint. because when i would try and paint in painter, the strokes themselves looked nice, but my painting didn't really, because I would always concentrate too much on details than overall concept, design, light and shadow. So by painting in photoshop with solid colors, it helped me out a lot! just a self analization of my work i guess?:o

try to imagine the skeleton,, and once youve got that try to imagine the muscles around the bones and so on.

it doesnt have to be anatomically exact to any real world creature but it does need to look functional in some universe.

refference similar animals like mules or even elephants and mix stuff up.

Thanks! I never did think about the bones really all that much. and I should have used a ref, oh well...:o

I'll try it for the next one. thanks for the suggestion!:)

I like it ...

I have been learning to "PAINT" in photoshop,, but it is not
going so well... I keep thinking its going to do like painter does..
You should put it in an enviroment:cool:
