looks like david bowie, with goofy eyes

but that sint a bad thing! :P

uuuh... nice wrinkles, but they kinda look funy on the leg.
I think this pic would be even better if he had his right leg in the air, and kinda balancing. Catch my drift?, or dont do anything at all, it looks supah :)

very cool piece, but I think it needs some more time. If you squint your eyes the values between the bg and the character are too close together. I suggest getting your darks darker, and your lights lighter. I'm thinking that maybe you were going for a foggy look of some sort, and I kinda think it would work, but first I'd push the contrast and then add fog on top. hope I helped! :^^:

i like this piece. it is well done. you did a good job drawing the attention to the face. and the lighting on the shirt really looks good.
I would say watch the weight line....i dont know, he looks like he's about to fall over. also his fore arm and hand look a bit large. good stuff though, keep postin'

Very well drawn! I think fangirls will go gaga over this one :needle:. I agree pushing the values more will help. The katana's handles are a bit too narrow.

Despite what most people say about the value, I like the softer feel you got right now. Since you work in a stylized piece...I think that the muted color works great. You may consider some change on the background that might help bringing the character out without having to change the value and the contrast ( if that's the feel you want to stick with). Also lower part seems a bit flat and the fold on the pants seems a bit odd....right now the lower body seems like an afterthought.
Very nice work. Hope to see more from you.
