a version of an environment design i did some time ago. dunno where the latest version is, but it doesn't differ much from this one anyway.

really nice stuff you got there sparth. I like them all, but the orc one is my favorite. I wish you would have done something more to the left of the orcs. It seems kind of empty. I like the sketchyness of the first one. And I'm not sure what you mean on the last one when you say "an extract of an illustration that i have never achieved"
Does that mean you like or dislike it? Great fob on all of them, and I still can't believe how good you are without having to use a ref. One day i'll be that good.
please post more!

I say it every time, but... You rock when it comes to drawing light! I dunno...every time I see one of your drawings, it's like they are pretty much built on correct lighting/shadow, and that that pretty much makes the whole piece, with no need for further details.
Personally I liked seeing the third one, as it shows a little different side of you. :)

i really like the use of colors in the 3rd one and the chainmail in the 2nd one is really nicely rendered!

Hey Sparth
I love these artworks - particularly the environment. I enjoy the sweeping strokes in your work. very suggestive of movement and atmosphere. as a traditional artist recently introduced to the world of digi art I find much of it to rigid in its style.
just one question - are you using any underdrawing for these?
keep up the good work.

Jeez, no matter what I see from Sparth, I always get a good dynamic sense of movement, not only from the composition but from his awesome use of colors as well. Thank u sparth for keeping me inspired :)
