Need help finding image host

I am having problems finding a good free place host my images. Also I could use tips on how to get images thier best for posting them on the web. I appreciate any help.

They give you a bit of space for free and you can upgrade if you're willing to pay a little. As for posting on the web, there's no real set rules, except to make sure it's not too big, you don't want someone on 56k to have to wait five minutes to see a pic. And make sure to only post .JPG files, alot of the other image formats have problems on the web. I've seen a GIF take several minutes to show up and I'm on cable. That's about all you need to worry about tho.
