It's an interesting design, although I consider it to be too 'fussy', too much detail. If this is meant to be used as a tatoo, I would be tempted treat the image as a sillohuete and black-in all inside the lines.. On the other hand if this is meant to be a 'design' then I would consider applying some texture to the image and really tighten the lines up a bit.. Basic Concept seems to fit this well.. Now, take it on to the next stage....
