I could say who I think it is supposed to be but maybe you don't want Germans to guess?
Good work overall ... but I think the face should look a little rougher.
The bone structure could be more apparent.

try to use more contrast with value to push the forms of the face. your dark areas are eyes, mouth...etc. you need to use more shading to define the forms around the features.

Forgive me, I don't know who it is. I don't know any sports players. :)
But I can tell that you drew a specific person, which is good. You have captured this person's individual features well.
I would agree that you need more shading. Try to draw the lips without drawing an outline around the edge.
Notice that hair has highlights and shadows, too. Use your eraser to make some highlights in the hair.

I hate football, but I would guess Michael Ballack. The neck is drawn very straight, like a cylinder, maybe you should take a look in the anatomy section.
