I was watching animal planet and they had a show on animals of the future and the world's evolution and there were a bunch of squid type animals, so... inspiration hit.

Here's my 30min Speed painting of a squid done in oc, feel free to join the squid movement and post :)

I've always been saying that it would be a cool idea to have a program on the creatures of the future - with evolutionary justification for speculation of course. Personally I've always loved squids and insects. Perhaps if humans could breed with them????? just kidding (we'll do it in the test tubes instead)

I often like the sketches better than really refined pics. i like messy.....

Oh, and this picture is old as anything that is old, but it's got a big scareh squid and a half naked robot girl. So that has no correlation at all . . . and it's not even a sketch, so I think I lose again.

ive been doing paintchats and oekaki for a few weeks now, and ive become a little bit of an addict!!! i shall have to draw some squids!!
