3 plates from a childrens book that I recently finished

Hey folks not my usual dealings but....I ended up doing a kids book for the really young...ohhh so happy...I may be forced to go on a semi-destructive art spree to counteract all of the happiness....anyways here we go....back to the lab...I'm still pretty new here so when I get off of my root I'll post something a bit more style/ theme app.

2nd image the one to the left looks really cool :clapping1

The others seem kinda scary, if the blue thing in her eyes would be reduced to what it is in the 2nd image middle girl, then I think she'd look less scary.

i wasn't expecting abstract kids art--if this is this good and tripped out, what does the rest of your art look like? please show more!
(what's the bookname/publisher? i want to buy it for my daughter...seriously.)

....I must admit that she does have a bit of an alien baby quality to her with those giant blue eyes but what can ya do....
.....the mid character on the left was one of my favs as well...she just looks so laid back....
....As far as the book goes...(this directed towards amature)I just finished work and turned over the discs this past sat. so I'm not sure of actual release date (I would guess a few weeks maybe a bit longer...the layout trolls have to do their thing) ....I haven't signed any non-disclosure agreements so I posted here...impulse urge to get a lil feed back after being in the bubble but let me check with the employer before I spill all o the beans about the book and I'll get back to ya ...
