WIP - Self-portrait

the portrait was done in 5 minutes on paper...took about 40mins to get this far in painter but now I'm sorta stuck and lookin' for a direction to take this painting.

It looks like part of the head is missing to me. If you were to draw in a line of symetry down the nose and mirror the face there seems to be more head on the right hand side than the left.

rosies comment makes sense, but it may in fact be that ur right side is too large .. it almost looks smudged over 2 inches.. the jaw structure needs adjusting and the nose could use some depth.. those jump out at first to me and could possibly shape things up a lil betr to get ur final invisionment a lil clearer, good luck.. study urself in the mirror some more then get back at it
