I'm with you when it comes to rendering women, I definitely could use more practice in that area myself. However, I think you've pulled it off anyway. Frankly I'm tired of the "mold" and yours breaks it, so more power to you!

nice colors.....

critique: could use a bit more color variance in the facial tones.... looks pretty flat. the lips need something.... maybe make them smaller? the upper lip looks a bit huge and flat. also her leg is off anatomy wise... It looks like the junction between the knee and the lower leg are not aligned and or shaded/ highlighted properly. the foot is just a hint of something but it ruins the lower leg for me.

this is not my favorite of your work, but as I said, I like your colors. I also dig your hand rendering.. good job there! The little alien guy reminds me of your avatar.
