Wow!, thats freakin awawesome. Done in phtoshop right? It looks like prometheus' stuff. Check his stuff out, its very similar.

Now that is what I'm talkin about...! That is my favorite yet. The lighting your provided makes him so much more scary! I would offer some criticism but I can't...I love the loose style and the pic...looks great. I guess maybe the only thing I would say is to perhaps make the light (from all the crevices) look brighter...for instance the yellow of his eyes should look more radiant...but looks great.
