tablet adapters

i have a tablet with the old mac adb port and i just got a new mac. if i get an adb-usb adapter will the pressure sensitivity still work. i want to know because a friend said he got one and it doesn't work. i would greatly appreciate some assistance. thanks

I am a mac user in exactly the same predicament..a few weeks ago I got a USB Graphire 3 for my G4...because I discovered that even if you get an adaptor for your old wacom tablet...they don't have drivers that support it any more.
I now have an older intuos that i cannot find a home for ..and have no idea what to do with.

You are best to find yourself a USB one...I saw one on one of the threads here...it will make your life a lot easier...plus it will be able to go with you from mac to mac to pc etc...
