Just remember if you're going for accuracy, please check with someone from the branch you're targeting, or a veteran of that branch. Some stances will vary greatly from branch to branch and definitely from country to country. If you need any help or have questions, I'm an Iraq War vet and I've been out for a year, so I'm not too old. ;P

Also, to add to the previous post, not all pictures taken of a soldier are going to be correct. there are still going to be messed up soldiers who aren't squared away with their gear, uniform, etc.
