Hey guys, i'm new here... just wanted to share some of my work with you. I've visited this forum off and on for a few years but never really joined up. Well anyway, here's what I finished last night. Feel free to leave comments if you like. Thanks.

are you James linkunaitis ? and if yes are you the creator of spongebob ? if not be careful with all those copyrights things...

I'm on it. I've always been a little fuzzy as to the copyrights. I have copyright on the image itself, but I know that the original concept belongs to Nickelodeon I believe. Not sure, i'm going to look it up. Thanks for the feedback.

But just so you know, i'm in no way claiming that i'm the creator, nor does my picture suggest such a thing. I claim an image copyright in my picture. I am furthermore, not liable for any damages because I am not profiting from the use of this image. It is art. That's it. I can also claim "fair use" as fan art under the copyright act here in canada. So I think i'm good. Thanks for the concern though.
