Here's all the free advice I could think of at the moment:
Don't sit around waiting for inspiration. Go out an find it.
There's nothing wrong with drawing the same thing over and over. If you enjoy it, knock yourself out. Have fun.
If you are looking to expand your art skills, set a challenge for yourself. Still lifes are a great way to polish your technique. Set up some fruit in front of drapery or whatever. Be creative. Make it difficult. You won't grow if you don't push your limits.
Try a new medium. Always do pencil or ink? Try an ink wash, or charcoal. You'll use your drawing skills in a new way. Try something totally different like sculpture or painting.
Try changing your setting for bit. Take your sketch pad to a busy place and sketch people. Take it downtown and sketch buildings, or a factory and sketch machinery. The world is filled with wonderful things to draw. Go find them.
Instead of drawing pictures of things, try drawing emotions. Draw frustration. Draw delight. Draw fear. Put on some music, and let it tell you what to draw. Who knows what will come out. It may be crap, but that's much better than a blank page.
Draw something for someone else. Ask your mother what she wants a picture of. You'll get a challenge, and your mother will love the picture forever.
Draw a random line, a scribble in the middle of the paper. Now turn the scribble into something.
Not everything you draw has to perfect or museum quality. Take risks.
Personally, if I don't know what to draw, I just do anatomy studies. You can never study human anatomy too much.
If you have access to an art museum, take your sketchbook. (Be sure to ask if it is okay to sketch in the museum.) You'll never go wrong or waste time by studying the masters.
I've found that if I keep my pencil moving, I never get artist's block.
Best of luck,

I don't know. How do *you* draw 'fear' and 'emotion'? :)
There's really no clear answer to that one. It's not easy. As artists we have to work in our own limits of dimension, media, color, technique, etc. What we do within those limits is, well, limitless. ;)
I promise...If your art can evoke emotion, it will be remembered.
The problem is that some artists take the easy route and shoot for the base emotiongs, like lust or repulsion. Deficate on a crucifix, and some will be repulsed or angry. Is it art? Maybe. I have more respect for the artist who invoce deeper emotions, like peace or dispair.
Anyway, enough theory for one day. Go forth and create! Be sure to post your new 'experiments'.
