Some new works!

Just made some button/profile pic images for my gfxartist.com profile....

I have actualy made a Semi-Tutorial for how to make these....

In Corel Photopaint 9:

Alrighty then!

Start with a blank white piccy, the size of what you want....

(this has been left blank)

Then, you run a few very washed out pinky and browny tones over the white area...

Then, make a wiggly, scratchy frame thingy....

Then, convert the image to "Duotone", in Tritone mode, set so it looks kind of like this....

Convert the image back to RGB colour....

Now, you need a scribbly cutty font thingy, like this.....

Then you need to mask your font, and run something similar to "The Boss" (See image) on the background.

Then, run a very high transperancy black over the font, to make it look like.....

Then run a pink/red hue "wash" (low ammount) over the image, and use a smear on the font to create the blood running effect, and the same smear on the frame, just for looks...

Then I took the image into painted and used my special "Blood cut" paint stroke on it....

Then, I finished the image off by running a sharpen over it, and converting it to gif (You don't need to convert it, really)

Well, it is neither a sketch or a doodle... its a web page button made in photoshop.
