that is GREAT!

something about the mouth bothers me.
maby if you put that top lip in shadow since you have the above right lightsource it would work better. try just blacking it out too match the left side of his face. or you could start by removing the reflected light on the top lip and see if that fixes anything.

maby its just me. :)

Thats really cool .. colors are just perfect. .. but there's something about his right eye .. is it above the normal eye level ??

i really think the background needs some more visuals, maybe a blimp or something, i can't tell what the dark part of the background is either, it looks like it's suppose to be water but, water coalesces with the sky at the horizon usually.
The portrait though is amazing, keep up the work.
